Environmental studies

Reconstitution of the site's environmental liabilities – historic and documentary study
Vulnerability study of the site, to identify the possibility of transfers of any pollution and the uses of the environments concerned
Initial conceptual scheme – synthesis of previous studies
Dimensioning and conduct of a programme of investigations to define the quality of the different vulnerable environments (soils, groundwater, soil gas, ambient air), in collaboration with 100 Fondasol's drilling teams

Ensuring the project is compatible from the health point of view with the state of the environment

Management plan approach to make the site compatible with the present or planned future uses: best solution defined by a cost-benefit analysis and validated from a health point of view by a residual risk assessment (RRA)
Earthworks plan and financial optimisation on the disposal of the excavated materials – solutions include re-use on site, recovery for re-use off-site, adaptation of constructive measures, identification of the best methods of disposing of excavated material off-site, etc.
Assistance during works to rehabilitate the site
Regulatory certificates (ATTES)
Assistance for contracting authorities/project owners ("AMO")
Technical control of introduction of management measures
