We can support you with your disposals/ acquisitions, by carrying out a document study to dispel doubts for the banks or to obtain a guarantee, or for an environmental statement to use to support negotiations for a sale.

As a response to your financial needs, these studies can secure the transaction for both parties.

By way of an example, an environmental site diagnosis site that is not done in line with the elementary standards could give rise to a dispute in connection with a disposal or acquisition transaction.

Reconstitution of the site's environmental liabilities – historic and documentary study
Vulnerability study of the site, to identify the possibility of transfers of any pollution and the uses of the environments concerned
Initial conceptual scheme – synthesis of previous studies
Dimensioning and conduct of a programme of investigations to define the quality of the different vulnerable environments (soils, groundwater, soil gas, ambient air), in collaboration with 100 Fondasol's drilling teams

Estimation of the financial implications , by drawing up a management plan to make the site compatible with the present or planned future uses: best solution defined by a cost-benefit analysis and validated from a health point of view by a residual risk assessment (RRA)
