Our history

For over 65 years, the Fondasol Group has been supporting construction and spatial development operators with the engineering challenges they face in their projects, whatever their scale and location.

Steered by its founding 'musketeers' for 40 years, Fondasol quickly established itself as a badge of quality in geotechnical engineering, developing its operations nationwide and regularly taking on jobs abroad.

Now, over 60 years since its creation, Fondasol is a Group with a presence on several continents, proposing global, concerted solutions.

Without ever losing sight of the importance of its technical acumen, Fondasol Group continues to perpetuates the pioneering spirit and courage of its founders as it accompanies the digital transformation of its sector ad pushes back the boundaries of its different expert fields.

MAJO! Employees and managers acquired the majority of the company's capital, namely almost 200 employees and managers, and 60% of the capital.
