Using non-destructive methods to understand the risks posed by subsurface conditions

Completing the data acquired by our investigations teams, the geophysical tool allows our geotechnical engineers to access exhaustive information on the subsurface conditions on a project scale to establish the most relevant geological model and  optimise the solutions recommended as a result.

Is there a risk of finding cavities on the project site? Remains of foundations from earlier industrial installations? Will it be necessary to monitor variations in the roof of the bedrock? To delimit an aquifer or evaluate the depth of a foundation?

Our experts in geophysics are on hand to intervene as soon as anything particular is suspected, but its position unknown and/or as soon as the study zone is of a substantial size (meaning that it is not possible to get a representative idea of it by drilling alone).

With their expertise in all the methods of reducing these hazards, they can also intervene to take indispensable measurements in certain areas, such as a seismic risk.
