Purpose of the processing and consent times

  • Management of enquiries on the  "Contact us" page: your data surname, first name, company, telephone no. email address) are stored for the time needed to process your enquiry.
  • Management of job applications: your data surname, first name, email address, message, attachments - CV, accompanying letter) are stored for 12 months after the last contact.
  • Management of sign-ups for the newsletters: your data (email address) are stored for as long as you are signed up.

Recipients of the data

The recipients of the data are the Group's departments concerned by your enquiry (sales, HR, communication).

Apart from these departments, the data you provide to us may be passed onto processors for the performance of services connected to the aforementioned processing purposes.

Rights regarding the use of personal data

Under the GDPR, you may exercise the following rights:

  • Right of access: the right to obtain confirmation that your data are or are not being processed, and to obtain communication of those data
  • Right of rectification: the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data or to complete incomplete data
  • Right or erasure: the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data where it is possible
  • Right of objection: the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, when it is based on our legitimate interest
  • Right of restriction: the right to ask for the data being processed to be frozen for a given period
  • Right to portability: the right to receive the personal data you provided in a structured format, easily machine readable, and to communicate them to a third party
  • Right to withdraw your consent: when the processing of your data is based on your consent. You may exercise this right at any time without having to give a reason.
